    Recommended dosage

    2x daily 2 capsules, preferably before a meal. Ginger can sometimes cause a burning sensation in the stomach, so take the capsules with 3 glasses of water or after a meal.

    Do not exceed the recommended dose and discontinue use in case of adverse reactions.
