How to order with Pro Supplements

Ordering with Prosupplements is easy. See the steps below.
To place an order at Prosupplements you can either create an account or order as a guest.

From step 1 to 6 you can still change your order. It will not become final until after your agreement to the conditions and the confirmation of your order in step 8.

Step 1 Select a product and click on ‘Add to basket’. You can then select the number of products in the shopping basket.

Step 2 Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to finalize the order or click on ‘Continue shopping’

Step 3 Fill in your customer data

Step 4 Select shipping method

Step 5 Select payment method

Step 6 Check your order and fill in your personal voucher code if you possess one.

Step 7 Agree to the general conditions

Step 8 Click on ‘Confirm order’ to finalize your order.

You will now proceed to the secure area to complete payment. After payment you proceed to the thank you page.

Ordering as a guest (without an account)

An account is not obligatory. You can order with Prosupplements without creating an account. However there are benefits from creating a personal account. E.g. you can save more than one shipping address, track and trace your parcel, return and reorder products easier and faster. It is up to you. Create your account here.

Track and trace your parcel

You need an account with Prosupplements to check the status of your order. To track and trace click on ‘My orders’. Log in and click on your order.

You will receive an email to inform you if there is a change of status of your parcel. If, for example, shipment is made, you will receive an email. As a guest without an account with us, you will also receive these status updates.
