How can I return my order?

With Prosupplements you can return your order within 14 days. In this period you can return your ordered products or part of them, in the original and unopened packaging.
Please note: to our regret we cannot accept opened containers.

The original delivery note or invoice (or print-out) must be included. You have received it with your order. You may write the reason for return on it.

You will receive full refund, original shipping costs included, as soon as possible, but within 14 days. The time limit shall be counted from the day you return the articles or from the day you have indicated that you would like to return the order.

Damaged item

Prosupplements takes utmost care to ensure correct packing. If exceptionally an item should be damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.
